Das Oath
Self-titled
Three.One.G CD EP
Are you ready for a ten minute aural beat-down?
Das Oath play loud and fast. Like an agitated snake accidentally stepped on, Das Oath spits venomous hardcore-punk that's potent, quickly crippling the nervous system. The hotheaded Das Oath will drag your auditory nerves across an explosive minefield of grating guitars that endlessly shred and grind, snare-cymbal strikes that bruise, and screeching vocals that never let up.
It's spazzy. It's noisy. It's a down-and-dirty punk-rock collision to be heard. Das Oath perfectly channels out all those disgusting feelings that's brewing deep inside all of us. And by the sounds of it, these guys would be a fun band to experience live. I imagine nonstop circle pits, cheerleading pyramids, close handed star promenades, and robotic gyrations. Lets just say if you can stay perfectly still for this, then punk-rock isn't for you.
